Concept: Taking note of Clairol's shade-oriented website navigation, I proposed that hair shade be used to frame the offline visitor experience.
Each brand ambassador represents a hair shade and provides a personalized experience for guests of corresponding hair shades.
Custom iPad Activation: Guests digitally try on different hair looks with existing Clairol web application. Brand ambassadors offer fashion advice based on hair shade.
